Announce Baby's arrival in style with our Personalised Birth Announcement Plaque. Baby's first name will be highlighted in a beautiful script font (your choice of engraved or coloured acrylic) with the option of adding additional names (all additional names will be engraved). Your plaque is then carefully engraved with space to hand write baby's birth details (date, time, weight & length).

- Our plaques are made from quality birch plywood
- Each plaque measures 14cm (perfect size for photos with Baby) and 3mm thick
- As we work with natural wood, there can be slight variations in the grain of the wood
