All orders are sent via Australia Post. Please refer to Australia Post for latest updates on delivery time frames.

FREE SHIPPING on orders $250 and over Australia wide. International shipping calculated at checkout.

Name Blocks:
Name block sets have a longer turnaround time due to the time taken to make each set and the large order volumes we receive. Please check the name blocks collection page for updated information on how many weeks to dispatch orders. Once completed, your order will be updated with tracking details. 

Personalised Orders:
Personalised orders take up to 7 days to complete. All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking numbers. A personalised order is anything with a name, date or any other custom details.

Non Personalised Orders:
Non personalised orders are ready to dispatch within 1-3 days. All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking numbers. Non personalised orders are products with no personalised details such as milestone sets, wardrobe dividers, swaddles etc.
