Q. What is your current turnaround time?

A. Personalised items have a production time of 4-6 business days. Non personalised items (example milestone cards, pregnancy & birth plaques with no names/dates) have a production time of 1-2 business days. Name blocks have a production time of 4-6 weeks.

Q. I paid for express post. Will this make production time faster?

A. We do our best to prioritize express post orders. We will speed up production time whenever possible. Please keep in mind we are a family run business with lots of amazing customers and orders to create.

Q. I made a spelling error when placing my order, can I fix this?

A. Please contact us ASAP in regards to any errors or changes to your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will need to re order with correct spelling. You can contact us via our contact us page, email or our social media pages with your order number.

Q. Can I alter the design of your products?

A. This depends on exactly which product. Generally, the answer is yes, but please contact us to discuss before placing your order. You can contact us via our contact us page, email or our social media pages.

Q. I can't find what I'm looking for on your website. Can I request a custom piece?

A. YES! We love bringing custom designs to life. You can contact us via our contact us page, email or our social media pages.

Q. I'm not sure what colour to choose, can you help me?

A. Yes, we are always happy to talk you through colour options. Follow our social media pages to see lots of real life customer photos.

Q. Do you send mock ups before cutting and sending my order?

A. Not unless you have asked for this in the notes, or emailed at the time of ordering.

Q. Will my order be sent with a tracking number?

A. Yes, all our orders are sent with tracking numbers.

Q. Can you deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers?

A. Yes, we post via Australia Post so all PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and remote addresses are accepted.

Q. I didn't receive an order confirmation email?

A. All orders are confirmed via email. Please check your spam folder as it might be there.
