All Miss Ali’s pieces are made to order with care.

Our current production time is:
• 3–7 business days personalised products
• 1–2 business days non personalised products
(Excludes weekends and public holidays)

Name Blocks:
• 2–3 weeks

During busy seasonal periods (such as Easter and Christmas), turnaround times may extend slightly. Any updates will always be noted on our website or announced via email.

Shipping

Once your order is complete, it will be shipped using Australia Post.

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days (after dispatch)

Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days (after dispatch)
