Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Personalised items

  • Custom-made products

This includes incorrect personalisation details entered at checkout.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the fault or damage

We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled or changed before production begins.
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be altered or cancelled.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for products that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
